Hey peeps,

Looking for any advice on how best to shoot with a broken arm and wearing a cast.

Forgot how old I am today and played 5 a sides with a bunch of young uns and the end result was, young guys loads, Gallser broken arm and wearing a cast.

Any suggestions as to how best to shoot wearing a cast from knuckles to elbows will be greatfully accepted, and yes  it took ******* ages to type this out with my weak hand

Seriously, take a rest and let it heal. You will only make it worse by shooting (I assume it'll be a shotgun) Imagine doing some thing really bad to it from the recoil and having to go back to the doctors, only to explain it was damaged further shooting a gun... They'll more than likely tell you to stay away from the gun for a lot longer than you'd hope they say...

Put your feet up, get your dose of Jeremy Kyle and Loose Women and enjoy a couple of weeks of relaxation.

Hope you make a full recovery

If you cant grip the gun correctly I'd be inclined to say dont shoot. Safety should be paramount and there is always the risk that recoil could knock it out of your grip leaving the second barrel still active and pointing anyway (of course this is with a sxs or o/u).

I cant imagine the sudden shock from the recoil would help much either.

I'd enjoy 6 weeks of "the stranger" and relax.
