al4x Posted February 22, 2010 Report Share Posted February 22, 2010 are you going to want to take it off? thats the main issue if you want the vehicle to use for lamping etc then your number of tops is restricted. The main very smart hard tops weigh a ton and are very well fixed so really aren't meant to be taken off except in a blue moon. I bought a truckman top for mine as its fibreglass and 4 bolts to take it off so is relatively easy to remove. If its a working truck the Ifor Williams tops are similar but of course look aluminium. I have access to a 'mud truck' for lamping so won't be drilling holes in my nice new truck...... Thanks for the tip on load liners, I'll check out their website.
