berthaboo Posted February 24, 2010 Report Share Posted February 24, 2010 my grandad was there too i am told in ww2 with the sherwood foresters again i am told (dont know for sure ) he stopped in a building which is now a school during the war ? i know he went back there a few times before he passed a way and i would love to go just to try and find out more about his time over there as he never spoke about his life in the forces Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
