Ferret Master
Hi, I was wondering do people buy there guns off the web at low prices or go to there local supplier and pay a little extra to be able to try out and handle the gun before buying? roblade
cant really say i do any of the above, but in the past three years i have bought and sold almost £10,000 worth of rifles and pistols via various forums sales sections (this one included) and you wouldnt believ the shock i had when i just added them all up!!!!! i should stress the point that i have hardly ever owned more than 2 rifles at a time, its just that i have had a fair few rifles in that time LOL I have only ever once bought a new rifle and that was from the local shop so i guess i better vote for the locals ROB ps hopefully tomorrow or wed iwill be partaking of my first transaction over the phone with a store at least i hope they still have the rifle! took me ages to find it using google LOL and then 10 mins after i find it someoen puts a link up to the very rifle im looking for PML (hope not too many saw it LOL) Edited October 17, 2005 by roblade
jordan
i voted local gun shop not for trying the rifle out but to support them
Ferret Master
Hi, I bought my most recent rifle from a gunshop to support them as well. They cost a bit more but I was able to try it out on the range and you also get a better after sale service as they are more likely to help you for free if you bought the gun off them.
