Hull Sovereign- any experience?

Hi folks,

 

wonder if anyone has any experience on the Hull Sovereign extended range 24g loads?

 

I used them on Trap shooting (shot 100 clays) and had two hits which produced smoke in the air. (Only with a 1/2 choke!!)

 

 

What´s your impression on them?

 

Can you compare them to the RC4 or Bol´dor by Mirage?

Never used the 24g loads but their 28g cartridges are very good especially on rangey stuff. :o

I've never shot their 24gm, but when I was shooting clays in ernest I really liked them. As Chard has said expensive. I'm treating myself to some for the Charity Clay Shoot at Hodnet.

Over rated and over priced in my experience. Hull pro one's are equal Imoa, I shoot 28g 71/2 and 24g 9.

Have shot Hull for years. I find the 24g Sovereign give a bit of a slap but the 28g seem smoother. As it happens now shoot the Pro1 24g fantastic shell just cant go wrong. I think the interesting thing now with Cartridge prices as they are you tend to think well its only 10% extra for the Sovereign so why not buy them....

 

At the end of the day either Cartridge will perform much better than us mortals.
