This was just ruff, off the cuff sizes. hacksaw an inch slot in the dowel and put a mark 30mm down the strap i used a 6mm bar to bend the strap around. bend right around. pinch in tight with pliers. bend tag up to a 45degree and long end just a little bit. drill small holes right threw wood and metal glue and screw the two parts together. file the screw point flat. wrap with tape and its finished. underside with spring stick in place. topside i took a knife and chisel to the shell and opened up the letterbox hole in the front of the shell. you need to cut it square and the same width as the strapping. Taken earlier in the garden, not much wind but gives the idea name="allowFullScreen" value="true"><embed src=" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344">"> most of the stuff i had laying around so cost me next to nothing to make 20 of them. i when out yesterday to try them out and the movement was great. i took a quick video with the mobile whilst the shower pasted over. all the best Phil.
