Had a good day on the rape yesterday with that wind howling about they decoyed a dream and have noticed they are starting to break up from there winter flocks picked up 69

Been working on the dogs fitness a lot plus he does a fair bit of picking up and he is starting to look good he will be faster and have more muscle than usain bolt soon lol

Slug is the main damage for the rape not growing well a lot off farmers have had to redrill the rape all ready

A good day on the barley stubble with Stuart we split up again to keep um moving they decoyed to the magnet a dream Stuart shot 31 and I shot 150 181 for the day

Had a good day on the woodies today shot um over rape stubble me and Stuart split up so we could keep um on the move worked fairly well shot 206 between us picked up 201

Was ment to be shooting over some oats today to sort the Corvids out but wasn't really enough there to warrant setting up so we found a few pigeons hitting some rape stubble diesel had some good retrieves had to be carful today loads of barb wire about but the dog got around it ok picked up a 140 with a nother mate

Had a cracking afternoons shooting on the barley stubble with Wayne and took my daughter out for first in the hide as well she loved it and we set up in the middle off the field which I haven't done for a fair few years it was great shooting from both off us with some real cracking long shots getting better with my browning 725 that's for sure ???? 102 picked up started shooting at 2.30 pm packed up at 7pm lilly killed her first pigeon as well not with the gun ? rung its neck I mean ??

Well done good result with the hot week they have forecast hopefully there will be some combines doing the business

We bagged um fairly quickly to stop them getting fly blown so much as you well no can be a pain this time off year

Thought me and a mate would go and have ago yesterday on the pigeons weather was bang on over cast with a good wind and they played ball for once lol started at midday packed up at 6.30 shot 204 pigeons and 15 Corvids good day and a happy farmer

Had a good couple of results today entered my dog diesel into a working test and he came first in the novice and first in the open

Had a few hours to shoot around the dairy unit started at 10am packed up at 2.30 pm shot it with a nother mate we picked up 65

Sorry aga man forgot to say diesel is about 2 years 8 months he is a cracker hopefully a trial prospect
