ziplex
Wanting a scope for a PCP initially but will be used on a rimfire in time........anyone experience this scope? Will it suit both types of rifle? (not considering the illuminated version btw)
f.a.c.sam
I have this exact model on my 223, it gives the largest field of view of the whole nighteater range hence why I chose it. Overall its an excellent scope for the money however at really long range ie 300 yard plus on the higher mags it tends to get a bit milky but at pcp and rimfire ranges it shouldn't suffer this problem. The mildot reticle works well and isn't too thick to pick up smaller targets.
Dekers
Yes, it's a sensible and decent scope on a PCP and rimfre, I've used them and recon in the budget range it offers a reasonable deal. As above, as long as you don't really need anything above 10x or 12x then it will be fine, but this tends to be the same on most less expensive scopes...but not all. JSR scopes never cease to amaze me with their glass quality, but their build quality and Allen key turrets are the trade off!!

I had a JSR 3-9 x 40 in the past on an AA S410 which I thought was excellent but most people seemed to scoff a bit at them.....they are selling a 4-16 x 44 for not much money at the mo'
