eddoakley
sorry asked this before but where do i write i want a silencer with mny rifle? Hi, put it in the same table as the rifle. It is a ''firearm'', it needs to go into the table which asks what you are applying for Edd
Rizzini
Write down the caliber you want the moderator to be in the caliber field, then in the " type of firearm" field write MODERATOR and in the field for " reason" Write Hearing Protection

Colster
They should go back with your form, so you'll have one blank on the back, one you have signed yourself and two signed and dated by your referees with the wording "I CERTIFY THAT THIS IS A CURRENT TRUE LIKENESS OF (INSERT NAME)" unless it's a co-terminous application in which case it's one from each referee (FAC), one from your co-signer (SGC), one signed by you and two blank ones. I don't suppose it matters as long as your referees know to include them when they send their forms back.
