Catamong Posted November 19, 2005 Report Share Posted November 19, 2005 Yeah, I saw it, the Pigeon breasts were lightly fried in oil, then garlic butter was added and some sort of garlic chips were added, the breasts were then sliced into 3 pieces,then were tossed onto the salad...looked absolutely fu***ng mouthwatering.....!!!!!!!! All the Chavs and trendies were really wowed by the taste and texture..!! Gordon was very careful to identify the breasts as coming not from the pigeons in Trafalgar Square, but those that "fly around the woods all day", and taste accordingly.
