fendrover90 Posted May 15, 2010 Report Share Posted May 15, 2010 a veg grower i do the pest control for has asked me to shoot some hares for him. one field of brocoli about 45 acres has 20-30 hares on it most evenings and nights they have absolutely hammered it i said to the fieldsman i'm not allowed to shoot them out of season to which he said when they become pest proportian you are whithin the law to control them i just wanted to clarify this before before attempting this task ? anybody know of the law concerning this ??
