I had a 20g Beretta 391 done a fortnight ago, and the result was 1st class - just as good as a mates 12g 391 that was bought as a cammo gun (you cannot buy a 20g Beretta in cammo).

 

Cost was £240, which is not cheap, but I intend to keep this gun for a long time.

 

I visited Hydrographics, and you are able to choose from various cammo schemes.

Cheers chaps, im wanting my remington 870 tactical dipped, ive seen a O.D colour (olive drab) on a remi and it looked goood! but is it worth the cash? and how durable is it, considering im starting up practical shotgun.

buy a hand painted jobby off me :good: atleast half the price of hydro and youll know no-one in the world has one the same as you!!

 

Been down the painted road before, and found that it wasn't hardwearing enough.

I had a fore end and stock done a few years ago, it looked terrible so I removed it with Nitromors.

 

It looks twice as bad as Beretta's Xtra wood, honestly.

 

Did you choose a wood pattern then :good:

Yes it was a wood pattern I cannot remember which one though, it was meant to look like expensive walnut but the seams at the top and bottom made it look awful.

 

It was about 10 years ago, things might have improved but I wasn't very happy with it though.
