I've searched the archives to no avail, though someone posed the same question a few years ago with no response!! Has anyone made any progress since then? Would appreciated seeing the plans or photos since I am a poor student(!) and can't afford the 50 beer tokens needed to purchase one! what pigeon Posted February 23, 2006 Report Share Posted February 23, 2006 I used to work for east anglian shooting products making decoys ,hides, lofter , and helped make the prototype manual pigeon flapper, I might be able to help, you need a wielder 6-8mm rod , old metal coat hanger and an elastic band.
