hopkins569
Picking up my first pre charged rifle at the weekend and I've gone for the LOGUN S16 mostly as a mate is selling it for a song. Coming to me with scope (unsure of type but ill have something spare lying around if its a duff), bipod, bag and diving bottle not sure about filling adapter as he has never had to re-fill it as its only fired less than 80 times just wondering if anyone here knows of a guide or would be kind enough to show me some photos or a video of how to do it as I haven’t even seen it done before as I’ve always had springers or CO2. I think it’s the MK1 it definitely isn't an evo or an s16s I know that much (if that even makes a difference). Also I'm guessing form what I've read either acupell or logun penetrators are best pellets, any suggestions welcome. Any other advice about this rifle would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance. vampire
Nice that your getting a pcp loads better than springers, what do you call a song from your mate because have heard that mk1 s16 had problems which put me off straight away, which is a shame as they look and feel like quality rifles as are the newer ones, could you get someone to look over it for you or have on a trial basis so you dont end up with a bad one

macca R-10
np m8 as stated by other lad mk1's did have problems but only with the first couple out of factory! mines a brandnew mk1 aswell and not a problem with it well apart from it spittin the probe seal out of it yesterday but took me 5 mins to replace as unlike the mk2 or evo u dont have to strip the rifle to bits to get barrel out to replace it ( mk2 & evo the seals in the barrel not on probe!) only thing with a mk1 is with it been on the probe and not in barrel is u have to make sure ur mag holes and probe seal r never dry ( tutch of vasaline ) as if they r the seal will catch and will defo snap or brake when it gets pushed through the pellet holes and past the mag seals what keep pellets in the mag! also if u ever jam a pellet or double load it NEVER EVER! try push the pellet probe forward or fire rifle if the probe isnt locked in place as u will probs bend the probe and sadly they dont build or sell parts for the logun s16 anymore not evan new rifles gettin made as there all finished with now since the edger brothers brought out the new one what i have on order hope that helps and good luck as i love my s16's only rifle i would own other than one is a hw100t again as loved me old one and wish i didnt sel it Edited July 14, 2010 by anthmacca

Celticranger
Hi, I saw your post about the Logun. I have an S16, and want to replace all the seals as it is leaking. Do you have a video, or print out I could purchase. The book that came with the gun has no info at all. This gun jams quite often to, very sensitive to the pellet types, have you found this as well? Cheers, Ranger

The guide they send out shoud tell you how to do all that and its only £2.50 or thereabouts I havent purchased it yet but im guessing it will have all you need. Thanks for the reply, I have a DVD on tuning, but it dosn't show how to replace seals. There is a girl on Ebay advertising tuning, I contacted her and she confirmed the ones she sells are only for tuning. I understand there is 16 seals altogether, and I am told my probe seal is leaking. Thanks anyway. Cheers

Cheers DO NOT USE LOGUN PENATRATORS IN THAT GUN!!! they are to long and will jam. i made the mistake and phoned logun to ask why and they confirmed to long, seems odd as its a logun product but apparently not a compatible one. nice gun and a hell of a bargin
