Webley & Scott 12 gauge 812 Semi-Auto

Recommended Posts

Here is my Webley & Scott 12 gauge 812 Semi-Auto Shotgun (R/H) in Wetlands Camo, shot capacity 2+1. It has been hardly used, probably not even 500 carts through it.

In good condition with 3" chamber and 28" barrel. Its multichoke and comes with three chokes and key (one with two notches, one with three notches and one with five notches). It is fitted with sling swivels.

The 812 has a reversible slide weight so it will cycle heavy cartridges with reduced recoil or light cartridges without jamming - prefers 70mm+ cartridges though. I have never had any problems with this cycling cartridges except for some 21 gram 7.5s (but no real surprise there, it was all that was available at the time).

It also comes with original hard case and some plastic spacers (not sure what they are for).

There is a scratch to the camo on the barrel (shown on photo) but this does not affect its performance in any way.

Reason for sale is that I’m putting in for a variation and need to release some cash to purchase a couple of new rifles (plus all the other ancillaries)....plus I personally prefer my Berretta o/u so this doesn’t get used much.

PRICE DROPI'm asking £280 on collection. Delivery to an rfd can be arranged at buyers cost. I'm located near Winchester, Hamsphire.

yes it is - Im learning all the time ( dont we all) :good:

"comes with three chokes and key (one with two notches, one with three notches and one with five notches"

They would equate to

2 x Notches = 3/4

3 x Notches = 1/2

5 x Notches = Improved Cylinder

Les :)

Indeed we are!

I knew they were something like that....i've never changed them though, always kept the half in (the one with three notches :) ).

Cheers
