demonwolf444
when i applied for my sgc there was an entire form about the shotguns you posses, there was a box which i indicated NONE as the instructions said as i had no shotguns, i have heard people talking saying they have there cert to have 2 shotguns ? i thought you got the cert and then put as many as you want on it ? have i simply filled out them wrong ? if i have its been about 2 weeks and i have not had it sent back ? help ? apache
Calm down. You can have as many shotguns as you can safely store. I think you are confusing a FAC where you have 'slots' for specified calibre weapons. I'm with North Yorks and have 7 shotguns and my girlfriend 2. You will hear something quite soon, but 2 weeks isn't a long wait. I know for a fact one of the FEO's has had 2 weeks off and is catching up. If a month has passed by a friendly phone call won't go against you. With an initial grant they do a lot of checking before they arrange the interview to make sure you've not told any porkies. They are a good bunch to deal with!
pigeonblasterian
Ten to fiften weeks should be about right to wait for your sgc.
apache
Ten to fiften weeks should be about right to wait for your sgc. Think I waited about 6 weeks with North Yorks. ~4weeks for interview then another ~2 weeks for cert to arrive. That was grant of FAC and SGC. I was happy with that.
