suggs
i was going to buy a used Browning 425 but when i went in to collect it i saw a brand spanking new select 2 top cote that had just been delivered.. got to say it looks and feels superb and the build quality seems to be amazing for a gun that cost a grand, comes with 3 invector plus chokes and key, hard case, trigger lock and spray oil and 3yrs warrenty. had to have it and im well chuffed, just hope it shoots as good as it looks and feels.. heres a small right up on it, so far havent found a bad review http://www.sportinggun.co.uk/guns/435738/W...gun_review.html and a few pics of mine
robc89
I was looking at one at the game fair, they didnt have any in 28" barrel tho and the Select Light came up so easy for me that i opted for it. This gun with the top cote looks supurb! Im trying to get BWM to fit the Butt pad off one of these on to my gun! I was chuffed with the case and all the gubbins that came with mine too Cheers rob

fortune82
Not wanting to put a downer on it but DO NOT chip your stock. I saw one recently in my local gunshop that had topcote which had been dinked on the stock. All the finish was peeling off and the stock underneath looked like MDF. Gunsmith reckoned it would beed a whole new stock as it can not be sanded and re-finished like normal wood. They are a very nice gun to look at however. suggs
yeah i can see how that could happen, it does feel like a pretty hard finish though so should take a small knock but if it was pieced and moisture got in then it could be fire wood. that said i dout the cost of a new stock is that bad considering the overall cost of the gun.. dont no what the stocks made off but the fore end is proper wood and not mdf..
