Yorkshire Pudding
In march and april you would be best served with a blank in your barrels . all the best yis yp

Cranfield
mahmood, he could be referring to the breeding season, but that can be a bit longer than March/ April ,so I,m not really sure. For rabbit shooting, I use standard pigeon cartridges, 30gm, with No6 shot. Chokes remain the same at 1/4 and 1/2. I have friends that prefer tighter chokes when lamping, 3/4 and FULL. Yorkshire Pudding
Mahmood. fella leave the bunnys alone during march april and may as many tea's can be had during June and august. all the best yis yp
Supergame 2
As regards choke for bunnies. I use 1/2 and 3/4 with 32gram cartridges in size 6 shot, This combination will put the lights out on any bunnie at sensible ranges.

NeVeTaS
I don't advise leaving the bunnies alone if you are doing this as 'vermin control' for the farmer. On my pest control farms I shoot them all year round!
NeVeTaS
Also for lamping using a shotgun may upset the neighbours, use a silencer airgun if you dont have an FAC, or FAC air / rimfire if you do / are going to.
mahmood
thanks mate, yeh i normally go with my brother and he does pest control for the farmer. one thing i wanted to ask i can get a syndicate to shoot on 100 acre of land for £150 for the year, is that a good deal? NeVeTaS
Depends if the sydicate is over shot. I once went on one where there were about 20 people in a bush all shooting at the same bunny!! http://www.country-breeze.co.uk is a good place to look. mahmood
i think there is only 3 people on the syndicate, its mt brothers mate who runs it and asked if he wants that one, we already got a syndicate on 150 acres its 2 fileds ones 100 acre and the other is 50 acre and it was 220 for the year, and theres about 10 shooters on there, but every time i been i have never seen more then 3 people at a time.
