billytheghillie
was at the clays recently and this guy had a red bead on his gun, nowt unusual about that but when i spoke to him he took of the bead and put it on my gun. it was about inch and a half long and when it made contact with barrel it lit up. when i examined it, it had 2 small cell batteries underneath it and it was magnetic. had a shot at few clays and was impressed. question is anybody used this sight and where do you get them? in my haste i forgot to ask the guy. agjm
Are you sure they were batteries underneath not the magnets to hold it to the rib. These sights are usually just an optial fibre which appears to 'light up' as it channels light into one beam. Examples are easyhit sights and truglow sights HERE.
