jonnybgood
Feeding with wheat or barley in the shallows will attract dabbling duck, aswell as geese. scatter around the edges of all over your marshy part if its only a foot deep! ferreting1888
its about the same size as a football pitch the marshy area. thanks sean
shakin stevens
Feed at dusk and keep your eye on the food when it starts going have a few recon missions and see which way the birds are coming in for the best place for a shot. ollie
Would agree with the lads that have posted so far. I have been feeding our flight pond for about 6 weeks now, we have about 30 mallard coming and I am gonna have the first shoot this weekend. I feed the shallows with barley (or wheat), chopped up crab apples (free source of feeding), rotten potatoes and veg peelings. Good luck.
