Hi all,

A friend of a relative just gave me a Sterling HR81 .22 underleaver air rifle. Bolt action (first time ive seen this on an air rifle), with a Nikko Sterling scope 4x28.

Nice wee rifle good condition. Just interested in any thoughts from the room. Never seen one before, especially with the bolt action.

Have not taken any pics, but if anyone is interested i will get round to it and post a few. ta

Look good but shoot rubbish, i mean one of the least accurate air rifles ever build for the money. Great shame

I had one that was like new, i swapped it for something that really was **** as i can't remember what it was

I think it was a gamo 1200 (Co2 pump action rifle :D )

i can't actually remember how mine shot, i just loved how it looked :good:

BTW, the prototype had to be de-tuned as it was shooting at 23 fpe

good grief they shot bad enough at 12 ftlb, i remember reading an article in pop gun world or somewere and the guy loved his and recounted a tale of stalking and shooting mink in the brain box. It amuzed me some as mine couldn't reliably hit a beach ball at 30 paces
