Salop Matt
Am sure some of you have filmed some shooting but how do you go about doing it through a scope to get a shooters eye view ? So to speak. Also what setups are you guys using for your filming of shooting ?
rascal_2005
sorry for jumping on your threadQ also whats the best cam to use? thanks john boy
Luckyshot
My setup that is currently sitting on my CZ 22 rf but can attach to any rifle with a scope in 15 seconds. The camera is a Sony DCR-SR32 and the adapter is off my D3MK Night Vision add on. It works very well with a recording time of around 2 hours per charge and you can also take photos aswell as normal video.
rascal_2005
does it effect the balance of the rifle? and can you take standing shots etc (not wobbling too much?) cheer s john boy
Luckyshot
Standing shots are very difficult unless you can lean on a wall or gate as looking through the screen rather than an eye piece on a scope takes some getting used to. Laying down rifle on bipod is much easier and alot safer.# This is my setup on my CZ 22rf Edited September 24, 2010 by Luckyshot

Salop Matt
Can you buy the clamp that attaches the camaera to the scope ?
ellebarto
Yeah thats a top and pretty clever setup mate! Dont suppose you can list the bits youve used and how you went about setting it up? I wouldnt mind having a go at that but its always helpful to get the model names of the kit someone else has used before you! I assume you shoot using the digital screen now then?
