Hi looking for a cheap .22lr! Want it for rabbits and crows! Seen a Magtech 7022, these any good?:lol:?:lol:? :good:

They are made in Brazil and are the same thing as a Mossberg 702 Plinkster. Been around a good few years and apparently tend to work.

More of an Agricultural or fun tool for want of a better phrase, triggers are terrible but they only cost about £140 BRAND NEW, so you can hardly expect Anschutz engineering!

If that is the sort of thing you are after you will not go wrong!

I have never owned a semi, used a few over the years and keep thinking about one of these for "plinking", I have plenty of sensible tools, but sometimes a bit of fun does no harm.

At £140 how much are you ever going to loose on one? :yes:

Hi Mate;

I have had one a few years when they work they are a good little tool to have when there ar lots of rabbits around BUT they have problems with the loading i have stripped it and cleaned it was full of grease i have repalced firing pin and return spring and still get rounds that don't cycle propley.

but I am not going to give up on it as it only cost me £50. (I think it's the Mags Personally).
