pavman
I need to reload some 5mm steel for Geese in 12 gauge 3 1/2 and cant get any pre slit steel wads, anyone know of a supply in the UK? I did get some VP 70's left on pic but they are only 49mm same as a standard 12 gauge for lead, if you split open a 3.5 sportsmans steel rt pic the wads come in at 57mm Edited October 4, 2010 by pavman

Guest cookoff013
Buy some snips, i use sheet metal cutters, cuts through any wad with ease. get some unslit wads from clay and game. if you are loading real large shot, you might want to get some mylar wraps. Guest cookoff013
the biggest kingston has is 4.8,and its a 40 quid delivery fee - rubbish. i`ve got a price list here in front of me, £48 delivery is for 100 kilos or more. approx £13 delivery for 5kg of shot. approx £13 delivery for 15kg of shot. approx £39 delivery for45kg of shot £48 delivery for 100kilos 100kilos of shot equates 6250 steel cartridges to me. if you have any more queries about delivery, call them. they supply the industry so i presume they sell in much larger quantities than this. - how much are you going to buy in one go? 15kg is 357, 1,5/8 magnum 3.5" loads.
