you shouldnt really need one with a 325 as they dont kick much, i often shoot 150-200 clays with mine and dont notice it at all. could it be more a mounting/fit issue?

 

you can get slip on recoil reducers that do the job but can move about a bit, i have one on my side by side coz it kicks like a horse lol

From memory the Browning butt plate has a slight curve to it the makes pad fitting a bit more work.

For heavy pads - Kickeeze: limbsaver. Light : Pacmayr or Isis ...

some have a hard insert in thr heel for easier mount ...
