Pigeon Flapper motor replacement

Just to let you know that I have just bought a replacement motor for my flapper, from the above company for £18.20 (inc the 5% member discount) I sent them an email this morning, asking if I could buy one, and they replied within the hour.

Fitting the motor is simple, and once I've done it, I will have a spare flapper, or an extra one to compliment the 2nd hand one I bought recently. Much cheaper than buying a new complete unit.

My thanks to UKshootwarehouse for their quick response.

Steve.

Hi go to the scrap yard and get one for a fiver wind screen motor

If I wanted it for a rota, then that type of motor would be okay. The one I bought, is for a flapper, which is completely different. I had to have the same type of motor, so that it fits in the housing of the original flapper that I bought of the company.

EDIT: I fitted the motor yesterday, with no problems at all. I now have two excellent flappers which I know will help get the bird's to come in.
