Dekers Posted December 5, 2010 Report Share Posted December 5, 2010 The Roe are about as close to Vermin as you can get round my way without actually being Vermin. Deer are in a group all by themselves and covered by more laws than any other animal in this country. In short the answer to the original question is NO!
