al4x
good luck! my gwp has tended to do it while waiting for the off. I've used the bottle approach and it quietened her a bit, its not bad just a quiet whimper but very annoying. Saturday beating she wasn't too bad and sunday morning wildfowling she never uttered a murmur so may be getting there. Its very strange as she will sit under a high seat or in the truck for hours on end and not move but a driven day is something else. Touch wood the water bottle and continued exposure seems to be getting there with mine so give it a go and good luck! I did also have it suggested if you have the dog sitting with you on a loose lead and a quick sideways jab with your boot where they can't work out where its come from works on some but doesn't seem to make any difference to my thick skulled bitch.
