Guest rimotu66
I noticed a long trail of yellow snow this morning and it had me confused untill I noticed Alvy (8 month Lab) walking outside and peeing as he walked  maybe not the worst thing that can happen but wondered if anyone else has seen this, by the way , he is still squatting. YEp - one of my Ridgebacks will still walk and pee even at the age of 2 1/2. He does cock his leg too, it depends if he's pre-occupied with something else when he needs to go. Until a couple of years ago we had a huge German Shepherd, and he never stopped squatting to pee! For his entire life he never once cocked his leg  One of those things
Guest rimotu66
Cheers Duncan, not bothered if he never cocks his leg , if anything its better then having him spray all over the place It did seem kinda strange though as I have never seen him do it before Edited December 25, 2010 by rimotu66
Rasher
I had a lab that started doing that at about 2 years old. It turned out that he had a either a urinary tract or a bladder infection. I can't remember which it was now. If he pee smells a bit strong or is cloudy. It might be best to whiz him down the vets to get checked out.

He couldn't 'bum-walk' either! Hilarious watching him try though! ATB Duncan
