Deerstalkerlunt
I have a Tikka T3 Varmint in .308, its perfect except the bolt its like a golf ball on the end and it just looks stupid and impractical! I want to get a new normal bolt or have in modified. Anyone know where I can get a new one or who specialises in Tikka customisations?? polski
Is the bolt **** the black plastic type? if so it could be the tikka after market one which is removable with an allen key, leaving the standard bolt. If not, get it turned down on a lathe to something more suitable. Rick.

Deerstalkerlunt
there is no slot for an allen key, its just a big black plastic **** on the end when you look at the end of it there is a metal part flush with the plastic at the end. Ill have a word with local gunsmith to see if he can take it off, I was told it unscrews off by one guy unsure if thats true! Haha Roger ye I know its a little big!
