Luckyshot Posted January 23, 2011 Report Share Posted January 23, 2011 As promised just got back in from lamping with the HMR again, not a bad night out we saw quite a few rabbits kicking about tonight. I was driving and shooting again whilst my mate was lamping. This farm borders the farm we were shooting last night so we knew that there would be a few rabbits about. We started at 6:00 and finished at 9:30 all shots were taken around the 70-80yrd mark just point n shoot with the HMR. When we finished lamping we drove past the farm next door where we were shooting last night and there were still a good few rabbits about so I think another trip out is called for next week. The total bag for tonight was 36 which for just 3.5 hours of shooting weren’t too bad. This time it was 100% head shots which I’m happy about as the HMR went off a little lately so a good clean was done midweek with cracking results showed this weekend.
