MFW
In Shooting Times dated 23rd Feb there's an advert for 2 vacancies for a 600 acre rough shooting syndicate in North Derbyshire. By any chance does anyone on this forum happen to be a member, or know anyone that is? It sounds pretty good - 600 acres of woodland with a couple of flight ponds. I'm going to apply for more details but was wondering if anyone knew of it?

MFW
I've sent a letter off today asking them to contact me so I can find out more details. The advert stated it was an informal shoot so I'm hoping it's fairly easy going with regards to access times, etc. Will let you know. As for the .410, it's got it's first outing lined up shortly. A local farm has got problems with feral pigeons in and around the stables and yard, and they've asked me to sort them out. The little .410 should be ideal for that job! bindi
Yeah, I think I'd be interested in this too, so let us know what the crack is. I'd even be interested in the beating/picking up, cheers bindi
Highlander
We are currently in the process of migrating to Australia and wondered if anyone knew how easy or difficult it would be to take our shotguns with us. I figure that i would have to have my SGC transferred to into Aussie paperwork, but might have to have the shotties sent over after this has been done (resident and shottie cabinets etc) anyone know?? thanks bindi Hey bindi make your mind up man
