nipped out for an hour

hi,

i nipped out for an hour on friday with my sxs to try out this limbsaver recoil pad i've just put on it, very impressed with the limbsaver best £20 i've spent in a long time, i've been struggling to hit anything with my baikal as its a little short in the stock for me only about 1/2" but its enough for me to not be able to get down on it properly and pull it in tightly at the same time so i was getting a good whack and missing anyway so thought this would solve both issues (and it did).

i bought it off another forum member and fitted it thursday night, went out after work on friday i'd been walking the perimeter of my permission for about 5-10 mins when a rabbit hopped out about 30yrds ahead of me so mounted and took the shot and had one dead rabbit stretched out, i'd like to tell you i went on to bag another 10 but i didn't, i didn't see another and was losing light so took the picture and headed home.

i can highly recommend these limbsavers there brilliant i've fired a few more shots and they really do soak up the recoil i'm really impressed, to give you a rough idea its like the difference between firing a 12b with a normal solid butpad and a semi-auto with a rubber butpad.

When you say that you have fitted the limbsaver could you show a better picture of it please as I find my Baikal a bit short in the stock so might be able to improve on my shooting with one.

Cheers mate!
