stripey999 Posted March 8, 2011 Report Share Posted March 8, 2011 (edited) My magnet came with a 7Ah battery but I wanted another to ensure a full day. I searched the net and found a few adverts for people locally who repaired electric wheelchairs and they were more than happy to supply me with some old batteries. They gave me a couple of 12Ah batteries that were not suitable any more for a chair but great for the magnet. I just gave them a couple of quid for the charity box. Of course they will not be as good as the ones Webber supplies but a good quick replacement or spare.
