It's been in a case since I've had it (which is included), very few marks, no cracks in fact I'd say it's almost mint. Works perfectly, never damaged or repaired. Comes in original box with charger and a brand new set of earphones. Just upgraded to a 4 so this isn't being used. Was on Orange, but don't believe it is network locked. Also comes with a large music library (I hope you like Metallica ), this can be easily deleted of course! Looking for £250 ovno. Postage included in price.
