SpicyandJack
Hi there can anyone tell me about the clay shooting going on at the game fair this weekend at the Royal Bath and West show ground? Is it take your own guns and carts? Also newbie question here what is clay snooker? Do I need to register anywhere or just pitch up? Any info appreciated. Are semi autos acceptable? Dunkield
Just turn up there will be several shoots, normally quite good as it organised by Purbeck Shooting. Clay snooker is hitting coloured clays in the right order unless I am mistaken. It is fibre wad only. I would have thought semi's would be fine, but you best check that one with them. COACH
Yeah, not too bad, weather was quite good. Lots of clothes stalls selling the same stuff. Decent little clay shoot besides the clay snooker. Burger was £5 Sheds were packed and slow going at times, always worse on Sundays. No big gun shops there but 3-4 small ones. If the weather is ok on Sunday it`s worth going but take a picnic/sandwiches.
