shooper
I had my eyes open all the way fron Plymouth to Manchester at the weekend & only spotted 2 big flocks, on rape I think. There were a few other birds on clover but only in 50s. On the way back we stopped of at services between J8&9 I could see 100+ birds only a field or 2 away so if that is your back yard you may want to check it . Good luck
Kenzie
I was that way only a couple of weeks ago. Don't think i saw a single woody. Saw dozens of dead badgers on the road south of birmingham towards somerset though. They must be doing some real damage down there.
Paul in North Lincs.
here in in North Lincs the flocks are ******* enormous makingit really difficult to shoot. I haven't seen so many for years me and my shooting partner were watching a freshly drilled field at the weekend and we estimated aprox 6,000 plus....... they were dropping into this field in a constant stream for aporx 15 minutes!! wish I had the camcorder the field was crawling like a sea of blue locusts........... we have permission to shoot it but really their was no point ...........1 shot; bluies gone!
