gsm1968 Posted April 7, 2011 Report Share Posted April 7, 2011 I don't trust any of of the little plastic type gauges that come on pumps and some bottles. The gauge on my 3lt bottle was particularly bad. I would be inclined to trust the HW100 more. To remove doubt I replaced my 300 bar bottle gauge with a 60mm glycerine filled gauge that was supplied calibrated. Was only about £20 with the rubber shroud. My HW100 was close enough to the gauge readings The only way to be 100% sure would be to test it against a calibrated test gauge, but that would cost as much as buying one.
