As a new pigeon shooter i was glad of the chance that bakerboy offered for a days lession on how to set up decoys, hides and find flight lines.

I met bakerboy at 11 this morning, he spent a good hour walking us around showing us the flight lines what to look for etc, set up decoys and hide. Then we sat in wait.

The only thing he couldnt plan were the pigeons, and they decided they didnt want to come out to play.

I really enjoyed the day none the less, bakerboy was supurb with his teaching.

I did get one pigeon i know this wasnt great but bakerboy did say there wasnt to much around, but the main reason for this visit was more for his knowledge, which was great.

I highly recommend him to anyone who wants/needs some pointers on pigeon shooting.

Thanks again bakerboy :good:

Hi Jamie

Thanks for the very kind word.

It would be great if the Pigeons came out to order, but they are wild animals and not at my commannd.

You and Dillon were good company and a pleasure to be with you are more than welcome to come up again when ever you have the time.

Cheers

Terry

Hi there it is me again,

There is useful information to be had on the system, :good: if you go to Tips and Tricks, nickbeardo has fantastic information on decoy layouts :yes::good::good: , print them off and keep them with you until you are comfortable in what you are doing  .

And Talk from the field, Teal has crop calender that again is a fantastic source of information :good::good::good: .

I have said it before and will say it again, we, that is Pigeon Watch should collate the most important information and have a beginners/newbie section where you can gather the information in one very easy action :yes::good: .

I am happy to assist in collating this information :hmm: , but bl%%dy hopeless on the workings of the computer :blush::lol::lol:
