Went out after my work this afternoon at about 3;30 this afternoon on to some clover fields. Seen quite a few feeding on it in the afternoon but are 3 fields and so they spread across them all. There is a major flightline from the wood up along a hedge in the first clover field with two more fields of clover behind it. Set up with a magnet and decoys along the hedge and sat waiting with my dog for the first pigeons. Interestingly enough the first kill of the day was a right and a left of crows! Finished the day at 6:30 and picked 30. A good few hours but there is potential for even more as they were also landing on spring drilling that was drilled a few days ago just passed the wood. Good day out!! cant wait for some more clover shooting over the next few weeks!!
