dai_ceyl
hey chaps - I've been forced recently to fire some particularly horrible 12G fibre wad steel shot through my Beretta A400 non kickoff. The cartridges seem to have left a load of horrible yellow tissue paper, or at least what seems to be tissue paper deep in the breech and I can't get it out for the life of me. I am a bit OCd with my guns and really would like to clean it but can't work out how to open the breech up - is this an armourers job, or could I attempt it myself? if so, where can I find out how? Many thanks Dave
mickmep
have you taken the trigger group out ? you should be able to clean inside pretty well if you do that. instructions for removing are in the owners manual, its not difficult. you'd probably do an ok job by removing the bolt. you have to push the rotating end in till the step in the end lins up with the bolt end, then pull out the bolt handle. the whole lot will slide out then.
