Dave-G
I had reserved tonight for someone wanting to return to shooting after several years away from it but he's had an accident and has his shooting finger in a splint. So a late notice opportunity exists for tonight only - 10 PM in Eastern Leicestershire. A left handed shooter will be the best suited as you will be in the front passenger seat for a drive round till we harvest 20 bunnies for my butcher. In the event of no left handed shooter taking this up a right handed shooter would probably learn something new tonight provided he has a rifle with an ambi stock. The land is cleared. .22LR is not allowed by the landowner due to the potential ricohets to an A road. Dave-G
Ha - well you didn't miss much on this occasion as the 500 odd acres of field headlands with young field beans and rape I first went to produced 6 bunnies I then went to my 100 acre base permission and topped up the quantity to 18 in under a half hour - all in it took 8 hours. I have been assured no one else is known to shoot there but the rabbit count was way down on my ususl results and I had left them for about 8 weeks. Mansfield is surely too far away for a few hours at some rabbits?
