decoy1979 Posted April 27, 2011 Report Share Posted April 27, 2011 Best off going out and having a look for flighlines/ pigeon activity. Basic setup would include a gun, cartridges, decoys (plastic or dead birds) unless you can get under a flightline and down a couple to get you started. Some form of hide/cover, depends on your area as to wheather you can make a natural hide in a hedgerow, tuck in a ditch etc or cammo net supported on poles (wooden stakes or metal). rhodester Posted April 27, 2011 Author Report Share Posted April 27, 2011 I have my shotgun "lanber 12 bore over/under i havre 12 shell decoys and spring sticks i also tryed the other day a dead pigeon i shot in a pole so it acts like a floater bouncer i have a load of cartridges i am only 15 :L:L but i have my shotgun licence and its on our own farm. i have also found a couple of sets of trees that the pigeons like but there are only about 12 trees in a bunch i have plenty of dikes to croucdh in and i also have a cammo nett i have shot about 20 or 30 in the time i have had my gun which is about 3 or 4 months. thanks please reply Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
