Lancs Lad
The local birds are proving difficult to land amongst the decoys. Im trying the usual patterns, I dont have bouncers or magnets. Set em up in the V or the U shape, or diagonal lines away from my shooting position. But they will fly over,,,,have a shuftie,,,,,,give it a flap like they are going to land but then pull up..... Now it wouldnt be too bad if I had a shotty,,,,,,,,,but they just aint landing to give me a blast with the air gun. And when they do, they are only down for a brief second or two.......Not enough for me to get a bead on em... Any hints or tips...................... SNAKEBITE
I would try adding movement to the deeks. Try one of those woblers as sold by the site sponsers. I have heard they are the dogs damglers and at £10 for 10 quite cheap as well.
