The remote opening lever operates the pin to release the flap but i think the clip inside the flap has become bent out of shape and now to open the flap all you have to do is push the flap on the edge and it opens, could someone with a V reg type model Daihatsu Terios take a photo of the petrol flap from a few angles so i know what it should look like and i can bend the bit of metal back into the right shape.
