FalconFN
My wife has an interview for a part-time job she applied for but, on the job description it stated that a full, clean driving licence is a requirement - although this is not a driving job. When she filled out the application she clearly stated that she had 3 points for going 36 mph in a 30 mph zone and now she's worried that even if she passes the interview stage she won't be offered the job because of the points. Is she worried for nothing or are these rules inflexible?

welsh1
She told them about it on her application, and they still invited her to an interview, look on the positive side, they are interested enough to meet her. Hope her interview goes well.
JustJon
If she got to interview it means she's ok. If it was drunk driving or a dq then they might have thought differently? Not sure around the law on that, what's unfair etc though?
