highdowns hunter
Below is a piece of todays headlines Probation officers said there was an unacceptable risk that Martin might again react with excessive force if other would-be burglars intruded on his Norfolk farm, Bleak House. Bitu Bhalla, appearing for Martin, argued during the two-day High Court hearing that the farmer was not a nutter, and there was no serious risk of him reoffending. The court heard Martin was entitled to release because statistically there was more chance of winning the lottery, than the "simple farmer" reoffending. But Pushpinder Saini, for the Board, argued that it had not acted irrationally and burglars were entitled to protection from violent homeowners and were not to be treated as fair game. What a laugh I hope Mr Saini gets mugged Why dont we all put signs in our windows informing these scum that we wont hurt them if they steal our property
Yorkshire Pudding
HH could i be so bold to say the learned Mr Saini's reasoning behind his argument that Mr Martin is a "danger" to society . Has more to do with Mr Martins nephew (who it seems is Nick Griffin) . For those of you who don't know who nick griffin is just type his name in a searcg engine, all will become clear. all the best yis yp

Columbus Polumbus
I studied the Martin case for my Law course (still on it and still have years to do) and the system is making a real example outa him cos he had public support for what he did. The laws are getting worse, do you know if a low life scum bag robs you in the street of your mobile it is a mandatory custodial sentence, but after new Lord chancellor guidlines to our judges, if the same scrotum breaks into your house and nicks you mob, he will get community service..... work that out! I once new a magistrate who held shandy drinkin liberal namby pamby views on car theives, he always let them off. That was until one day he had his car nicked from his alarmed garage. following that he sent the lot to jail, the two faced hypocrite!!! it was alright to nick mine or yours but when HIS was nicked he didn't like it. He didn't like me telling him a few home truths either so we parted company
