mushty111
cranfield. not having a laugh with ya or anything but when i got my licence again after a 15yr absence they sent me a slip stating procedure for gun transactions, you can either send a recorded letter or an email. i ring the next day purely because i want to check they have the details.they are trying to cut down on paperwork and trying to keep the licence where it belongs in the holders pocket, just send it back every 5 yrs to update the actual licence. il cacciatore
Royal mail have an online mail tracking tool at their page: http://www.royalmail.com If you enter the number on the receipt itll tell you what the status of the letter is and even has a proof of delivery function which would come in handy. mushty111
yeah il i agree. but an email is so easy. plus when you leave for work at 7am and get home at 6pm a post office is hard to come by. think i'll stick to email. no offence. il cacciatore
By the way the thing about semi autos is unlike a traditional s/s or o/u where when they get wet you just take an oiled rag over them, a semi auto requires you strip it down and oil everything which isnt quick.
