Hi dogz25 there is a clay shoot at new barn farm tomorrow at 11. It's just outside paignton on the road to totnes. I will pm you Neil's (organiser) number. I won't be there as I'm at work sadly. Hope this was of some help.

Yeah, head up to Aschcombe in Teignmouth.

They've got a really good sporting layout and they're reasonably priced :good:

£30 for 40 clays, sod that! Sounds like a waste of a journey to me mate. If you'd gone to Ashcombe they would have charged you less than that for 75!

Appreciate their website might look a bit 'commercial', but rates for practice aren't too bad and the sporting layout is really good (it's setup in the woods so more interesting than most). Instruction is good too if you need it, oh and they've got skeet and compact layouts too :good:

Sorry I should have made it clear that it starts at 11 in my orginal post.

The prices you saw advertised are for the charity shoot for help the heros, hence the prices! It is a good causes though and they made quite a bit last year for them so i dont mind paying that once a year. Its on the 3rd of July if any one feels they would like to come along.

Normal prices are £15 for 50 which isnt quite as cheap as a big ground, buts its a nice samll informal shoot and everyone always has a good laugh.

I have heard good things about ashcombe aswell and plan on making a trip there in the near future, bit of a drive for me though.
