Plank
I've been offered a Edgar Brothers XVI, I was chasing it on a for sale site (GunStar) but someone beat me to it, now the buyer is returning it back to the seller afer removing some carbon fiber stickers off the stock and finding the serial numbers are damaged, it's now being re-offered to me as i was 2nd inline for the sale. Should I or shoudn't I?, are they better than the S-16 Evo?.
TaxiDriver
Hi, welcome to Pigeon Watch, (you've posted in the introduce yerself topic) Personally, the very fact the serial numbers are 'damaged' would make me very dubious unless the seller can provide anything in the way of provenance as to the guns previous ownership or how they come to be in posession of it. You might ask this question in the 'Airguns' section where more air gunners might read it.
steve_b_wales
Damaged serial number's could mean a lot of things. Personally, I would leave well alone. Steve. PS. Welcome to PW.
